If you received an email from us right after the lottery or any time after it in March, April, or May about your child’s acceptance, you have 7 days from the day you were notified to fill out this form below to secure a seat for your child(ren). Additional information (school records, immunization forms, health assessment below, proof of residency) should be submitted as soon as possible after your child finishes his/her school year. Additional information should be transferred to us no later than June 30 to Wolff@WatersEdgeVillageSchool.com.
If you heard from us about your child’s acceptance in June, July, or more than 7 days before our first day of school, you have 4 days from the day you were notified to fill out this form below to secure a seat for your child(ren).
